Cornelia Kapocs Named Liverpool FC Player of the Month for October

Cornelia Kapocs, the forward for Liverpool FC Women, has been awarded the Player of the Month for October by fan vote. This marks the second time she has received this accolade in her career with the Reds, after securing the highest number of votes from fans on the Liverpoolfc.com website.

In October's matches, Kapocs featured in every game, starting in three of them, and delivered impressive performances, including a hat-trick in just 12 minutes during the Subway Players Cup match against Manchester United, before playing a crucial role in equalising during stoppage time against London City Lionesses.

Cornelia Kapocs said, "It makes me feel good and very happy to receive this award. It gives me a lot of confidence, and it’s very special because it was voted for by our fans." She also reflected on her first hat-trick for the club, stating, "It feels really good to score as an attacking player, and it gives me an extra boost of energy."
