Liverpool Legends Set to Face Inter Milan Legends at Anfield in March 2027

Liverpool FC will organise a charity match between Liverpool legends and Inter Milan legends at Anfield on 27 March 2027, kicking off at 15:00 GMT. The event is being held to support the LFC Foundation and the official former players' association, Forever Reds.

The proceeds from the match will go towards supporting health, education, and employment programmes in the Liverpool region and across the globe. The LFC Foundation aims to assist 500,000 people annually by 2030, having already helped nearly 240,000 people in the last season.

The teams and managers for the Liverpool legends will be announced before the match day. Historically, legends matches at Anfield have raised over £10 million for the community in the Liverpool region and beyond.

Since its inception, the LFC Foundation has organised 14,546 events and engaged with participants for over 629,104 hours, creating approximately £54.2 million in savings in healthcare. Since Forever Reds was established in 2018, it has donated £590,000 to support former players and charitable activities in the region.
